Using the Sherrod Library collections.

Circulation Policies

There are different loan periods for each patron category. Please note the differences listed below:

Student loan period

4-weeks; renewals possible if there are no holds.

Faculty loan period

90 days, subject to recall; renewals possible if there are no holds.

TBR/UT Borrowers Card

2-weeks; renewals possible if there are no holds.

Course Reserve loan period

Varies according to requirements of faculty (mostly library use only); no renewals.

Loan periods include: 2-hour (not to leave library), 1-day, 3-day

Course reserve materials circulate to ETSU students and faculty only, including books, personal faculty copies of materials, and photocopied materials.

Juvenile book loan period

2-weeks for all patron categories; renewals possible if there are no holds.
