Check that the library really doesn't own the item by looking for the title in the library's online catalog.
The easiest way to get a book or article through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is to request it as you search the databases. Just click on the "Get it @ ETSU" button -- less typing!
If you're ready to enter your request now, go to the ILL Request page and type in the citation. The ILL staff will try to get it for you at no cost from the quickest, closest library.
